  • What hydration did you use for the 100?
    Did you have a bladder or bottles? Any helper doing handups?
    Tempted to try one of those skinsuit bladders - not that I need my beer gut enhanced.

    Used a bladder, worked bang on. With gels stuffed down my skinsuit front too.

    I used the same feeding strategy that I've used for road races this year. I've learnt what I need and can handle now.

    You still not right? Sucks you're off bike, sorry. Teach you to do weights. :)

  • How much fluid does the bladder hold?
    I'd normal drink 1-2L in a 100 I think, depending on ambient temp. ~500ml/hr
