Yep, 44.29 according to the official times. My time this morning was very nearly a minute slower than my course and distance PB from last year, so it wasn't a fast day when I set off. Mind you, that was over an hour and a half before Dowsett's start time, and looking at club mates' times it does look like it got faster later on in the morning, as you'd expect. Still, definitely not a float day and a bloody impressive time on any level.
