What you mentioned is a job of a decent experienced framebuilder. They dont come cheap .. I would definitely contact Sam at Singular he can offer the service you mentioned and gets his frames made by Duratec.

At least one Russian military helicopter has an ejector seat. It requires the rotors to be jettisoned using explosive charges first, I believe, but if you're bailing out then I suppose you probably no longer need them.

Dude, Mielec isn't one I'd go for, it'd be easier to have someone locally to do it for you.
