We have bullhorns on our bob for the stoker, 46cm wide. If you do go down that route, don't just consider your thigh/hip width, but also make sure you factor in the width of your stokers hands (which I didn't). Otherwise they will rub against your thighs when she holds onto the horns. My stoker basically never uses the horns as a result.
