  • In late 2014 I tore/strained/generally buggered my left knee ligaments playing footy. As a result I started to put a lot more weight on my right leg to the extent that my right thigh is noticeably larger than my left. Whenever I cycle over about 20 miles, I get lower back/hip pain on my right side and bit of pain in my left calf (this is always after the ride, during I generally feel ok).

    Would a good bike fit sort me out, or should I see a physio first?
