I'd say none of them but I'm yet to make up my mind which way to vote or whether to vote at all.

I think there's something about this referendum that is rendering anybody who touches it incapable of telling the truth.
-
• #40929
The fuckers have got money on the result.
A simple wager. Nothing else makes as much sense.

Given the shit slinging by the two major candidates/parties in the recent mayoral election and previous general election I think you can just broaden that to politics/politicians in general. (Although that wouldn't quite be fair to all of the minor parties.)

two major candidates/parties
Yeah but this is different aint it.
Just a yes or no question.and a lot of cash risked on the outcome. prepare for chaos either way.

as far as i can tell, it's a simple choice between giving the keys to the castle to sociopathic morons like gove and johnson, or... not.

Well, quite. A pretty depressing ultimatum though. Unfortunately I think I'm swaying towards stay for that very reason, despite some very convincing left-wing reasons for leaving.

Imagine the joy of living under a completely unfettered Tory government with none of the constraints something like the Human Rights Act gives.

TTIP for example? The Brexiteers can sign up for that as well. and the argument has been made that Amurica would force them anyway. Which kinda led to my earlier question about does it really make any difference.
New world order innit. -

I love the BBC's style.
Kamal Ahmed has just said that Norman Lamont supporting brexit is relevant.

Brexit could lead to leaving neolib rules.
But it won't unless the UK votes left the coming decades and cuts trading with oh I dunno China, USA...
The glorious squabble that's the EU may still make better mates than that lot.
Of course there are other friends to be made...but takes ages and as brexit politicians are all pretty neocon I don't see it. Why would they care about other alternatives for us?

Trying to claim 'good character' on your fourth drink driving offence is a bit hopeful, isn't it?

Why are Ospreys flying along the river? Have they replaced Chinooks?
-
• #40940
Don't know but they seem to be breeding; there was only one the other day & there have been four today!
I'm quite surprised by how loud they are - substantially louder than the Chinooks & you can hear them coming from miles away.

a pair of some kind of attack chopper spent 5 minutes hovering over the office earlier in the week.

did the music come on?

But UKIP leader Nigel Farage described it as a "disgusting" example of "sectarian politics".
Trololololol
-

Quite ironic given that in the last few elections in Tower Hamlets an asian vote was often quite a lot of votes, many of them cast by people who didn't exist.

Not replacing Chinooks no - here's a highly speculative article which doesn't help much:
http://www.eliteukforces.info/uk-military-news/05042016-osprey-special-forces.phpLots of people on Twitter saying they are SAS planes but this seems unlikely.
Might be on their way to Duxford airshow. The US has had two at Mildenhall since 2013, maybe they just came down to that London for the day for a show and an Angus Steak House?

Thought this was very interesting.
A billionaire with what appears to be a personal vendetta against Gawker is allegedly bankrolling lawsuits against the media company in an attempt to bankrupt it.
I can't help but wish that he had picked the Daily Mail instead.

Charlie don't surf.
-
• #40949
I read they were parts in a new film. Kingsmen (?). Which seems more likely.
-
• #40950
Seems unlikely that they were SAS planes if they were doing laps of the Thames, I believe they did 3 passes in the end, but may have been more?
Again, if they were on their way to Duxford from Mildenhall, London is a pretty big diversion involving flying past Duxford to get to London.
Result of EU reforendum.
Which team of neolib cunts should I believe? If any.
