Yes, I see your point. I suspect that Barca is two jobs away for him. He hasn't tended to stay at one club for long, so could see him doing one more year at Saints, then a few years a champions league club which has a shot at trophies, then onto Barca. The curveball for him would be the Holland job, which I reckon he would struggle to turn down.
Yep, that's apparently target #2 for him, Barca being his dream job.
