FREE: balance bike (in need of some love)

Wooden balance bike. the tires have no life left what so ever, need at least one new tube as well. Honestly, the way I would do it is grind away the bolt holding the wheel in place, get some cheap wheelbarrel wheels and nuts & bolts of homebase or something - your call thou!

Collection in Brixton, it has to be hasslefree for me.
