Maybe a Q for @edscoble or those who work on a lot of bikes:
What Shimano/SRAM 10sp cassettes have most/all of the sprockets on a carrier, as opposed to loose? My current only has the last 2-3 sprockets and has chewed up the soft alloy freehub body.

The Shimano tech diagrams should show you. I used Ultegra when building custom cassette because DA had 2-3-1-1-1-1-1-1 whereas Ultegra has 3-2-1-1-1-1-1-1

Or get a steel freehub body or just file the little bits of squished metal off when you swap cassettes.
