The only places to drink with seating outside are restaurants around here really..

There's that pub that does all the different imported types of beer...has some seating outside.

buy some beer from one of the supermarkets on strand, drink it at the tables on the Somerset House terrace in the evening sun. reasonably near covent garden.

Outside SEATING is tricky. As @Howard says, Porterhouse has it, but it's often busy early doors, so the bouncers might not let you into the seating bit with a biek.
