I am not sure how and when it's stopped working TBH. All I know is that it won't even keep me dry from Camberwell to Elephant and Castle, so by the time I get to my office in King's X, I am soaking wet... I get more dry without the jacket... It's been like this for a while and I have tried at least twice to reproof it with no change whatsoever.
@skinny, thanks, will see what Blacks says in a few days time, I have a feeling they will just send me back the jacket without explaination abotu what they have (or have not) done.
