^^ Nice. Who did it Ande? I'm going to Tom at Black Dot on Allison Street tomorrow a back of the calf / forearm piece. Final placement will be decided by how big my balls feel tomorrow afternoon.

@ExTra yeah I kinda liked the colours too but I prefer them in black and grey.
@rusty it was Bryan Bell at Nirvana, he's the apprentice but his work is shit hot. Bryan_Bell_Art on Instagram.
@BlesUp yeah, there wasn't much of it that felt great! Some bits that made me twitch/kick but weren't actually too painful and some bits that were pretty sore while 2cm away was alright. Weird.

Looking good!
First I thought the thing moved from one leg to the other in the gif,
then realized the photo is shot into a mirror, ha.. -

Sweet placement, looking forward to seeing the actual piece

^ I like that who did it?

Sorry if this has been covered before but I've just watched an episode of Tattoo Fixers.
That guy 'Sketch' needs to be stopped immediately. None of them are great (although I'm sure customer/production/time/cost constraints are an issue for television) but he's a standout scratcher.

Just found out a friend of mine, who's been getting tattoos for years actually applied to the show... one would think an experienced tattoo customer would know better.
That said, I have known Lou previously from King of Hearts in New Cross since before the show (sesson 1) and she is great...

Now that everyone and their mom are having tattoos, getting them lasered or 'fixed' is the next big thing to feel unique.
You heard it here first. -

OK, I will refer back to this reply of yours when people say laser or cover up ain't cool! ;-)

I have a funny feeling that effective laser removal will possibly be the next big boom business.

Bangovers > Cover ups

The rest seem to consistently turn out good work - I've googled eveyone and had a look. (And I understand that a lot of the constraints are because of the framework/timescale of the programme and I imagine budget considerations. Some would definitely benefit from scale and symmetry for example but the minimum is done to achieve coverage.)
It's just him. He's not very good. He seems like a nice chap but his drawing is a bit off and his cover-ups seem to regularly rely on heavy, dark colours rather than a better use of shape and shade.
As long as your friend doesn't choose Sketch, I think he'll be okay.

I guess you're still yet to discover most of his designs are lifted straight from other artists instagrams aswell?

I actually google Tattoo Fixers and went to the news tab, a lot of interesting read... Also I have heard a thing ot 2 from Lou that makes me think well, good on her for leaving and don't want anything to do with the boys.

Very nice!! I actually quite like it with these colours.
