Also thinking about taking off the big ring as i never really use it, my legs and my lungs can't handle it :p
I also have a Shimano Deore rear derailer laying around, which i guess would be better quality than the exage. Would it be possible to swap these around? Or is the deore only usable on a MTB? It's a 6 speed rear wheel by the way. And if i would decide to keep the front big chainring, would it be possible to swap out the old Campagnolo derailer for a newer Deore XT?
