I'm going from flats to drops - I'm after a Salsa Cowbell 3 bar (31.8mm clamp), 44mm wide ideally; an ahead stem to suit (ideally the Salsa pro moto to match); 80 or 90mm; and levers for drop bars - ideally black; to work with cantis.
