The wheels werent cheap so feel inclined to stick with them. The lack of chainstay bridge on my Walvale did make me think lovely steel guards wouldn't work, but in hindsight seen a few problem solvers that might do the trick.
Would you have to switch to 23c? Would you even have space if so? Clearances look toight loike a toiger.
Probably didn't make that too clear, would fit guards if going down the 650bee route just those wheels above weren't cheap so keeping them for now.
