Looking for some advice for my girlfriend who has just got into road cycling and is now doing 4 hour plus rides ( with a goal of the Dun run this year).
We've just installed a 155mm specialized lithia but after a long ride today it doesn't sound great. Lots of pain and it sounds to me that it's too narrow - she says it isn't taking the weight in the right place -upper inner thigh, rather than sit bone. She's done the "ass-o-meter" and it said 155... Time to go up to 168? Or look at a different model?
