Bikes for me have always been a choice to stand aside from Joe public.
Obviously there are people out there that just see them as a mode of transport.
To me these jokers imitating an officer is just distasteful. Guess they're the motorised equivalent of your fluro nodder cyclist.
I don't really rate the police in general either...
