Gloss black vinyl could do the trick nicely. You could keep the 3T logos if you wanted.

I think I might like the cages without the tape.

I think black tape / black forks / keep the cages would be my plan too. I'll see what I can do.

I had forgotten about black vinyl. I got a motorbike helmet that was a bit too busy. Used a load of black vinyl panels to cover up 60% of the design and it looks great. Easy to do and no mess. Should only take an hour or so, definitely worth it.
