Smaller rotor needed I think?

Yes - looks like you need a 140mm rotor or a 140 -> 160 post mount adapter - with longer mounting bolts to match.

Planet X are honestly the fucking worst.

Which frame is it?

Tomac Montezuma. It's taken them two months to get me the right headset, and now they've dropped the price again, so I'm both out of pocket and not riding.

Hmmm well hope things go smoother from this point on...

Two months?! Does it not take the fsa40 no42 then? Or have they not actually got "lots in stock"?

No. I was advised a different headset would also work, which I purchased. Then when it didn't fit they apologised, and sent the correct headset. To the wrong address. It's a nightmare.
I'm installing disc brakes for the first time. I am not good with modern shit.
The frame is listed as needing 160mm Post mount brakes. I got some Avid BB7s. The front fits correctly, but the rear settles on the rotor, way before it reached the posts. It sort of feels like it is for a smaller rotor.
Has anyone seen this before? There are CPS washers that are not in the picture, but I am using them. It still isn't enough to get the calliper to sit on the mounts.
