So Joel's one step closer towards towards finishing the build.
The dude's an absolute wizard with bikes. Go give him your custom. The latest problem he fixed today was to do with the rear axle bearing cones not fitting the hub, causing the axle to lock when the bearings were adjusted to eliminate play. This was because the outside diameter of the cone was such that it interfered with the inner surface of the hub shell. He replaced the axle and cones with a new one, and the hub rolls smoothly! Yay!
So the Osgear is together and working!
Just the truing the wheels, setting up the brakes, fitting the saddle, fitting the chain keeper device, and wrapping the bars to go.
In an industry that often struggles with communication, the Bluedoor seem to excel.
