Got him down to 2.5k if I paint and do the internal window. No stress. I can live with 2 weeks, but he's blatantly booking a guy to work two jobs in one day (jokes on him as I have cameras in my flat that I can monitor via mobile and sensors that detect when there are people in).
I'm looking into pumps as my pressure is low, combo boiler, @Airhead I'm looking at you for your ever wise words of advice...
