Ah! Not many woods round there now I imagine, @andyp - if there was I reckon they'd be the sort of woods where you'd get bummed daft by a rabid tramp.

It's a tough neighbourhood that is used to being ridiculed. Despite sounding like a disease your dog might get, it's actually an old English word meaning below the woods.
