My life-enhancing/wasting obsession of the day is finding a medium-scale bass that plays. The Squier Vintage Modified Tele Bass looks ghastly. Squier did a 32" scale P-bass around '86 or so, but they're hard to find.
So just tumbled down the wormhole of Japanese online auction fantasy and discovered the History SZP-2M (which later became the Cool-Z ZPB-M1R, fact fans), made by Fujigen Gakki and therefore Tokai/MIJ Fender quality, and cheap as anything secondhand over there. Really, really cheap. Disadvantage is a non-Fender headstock. Cute, though.
Hurrah for the Sigma!
Also hope the Moswrong's working out, Joe...
