Bb30 bearing. Is there a neat way to pop them out safely
If you're currently using DA cranks, then presumably you don't actually have BB30 bearings in there at the moment, you have adapter cups containing 24mm bearings. It shouldn't harm anything to pop the cups out with their bearings still in place.
If you want to do a proper test fit, you'll have to take the cups out anyway, as they will be projecting out to 86mm wide to suit Shimano cranks, whereas the Hollowgram cranks will push almost right up to the 68mm BB shell on the shorter axle.

The bearings are in the frame, the adapters go into the bearings.
As it stands, the adapters are out - they come out easily with the DA cranks but the bearings are still in place. The new axles won't fit through these bearings.
These things, I think. They're easily removed.

Bb30 bearing. Is there a neat way to pop them out safely so I can reuse them or are they one press, one use? Hollowgram axles don't fit through the ones in there currently. Well not without hammer.
