The main difference I think would just be the chamois, the shape of the upper half wouldn't matter so much as it is literally a second skin.
Saying that, I have 'mens' bibs and jerseys that fit me fine.
Does the chamois matter that much in a skinsuit? It's not an 'all day riding' sort of outfit... Is it?
Maybe not! I guess it depends on the discipline. You'd need a women specific chamois more in track cycling due to the aggressive riding position as opposed to say cross
