Government and IT innit?
The same government that doesn't want to implement a relationship/sex-ed curriculum... cos you just ban it, which never worked instead of education about it right? Esp. as internet porn is way easier to get than old skool rifling through libraries/getting chased out of book stories so information is needed very badly imho.
