We didn't even do the chancel repair search, the solicitor said that insurance was cheaper than the search and we would need the insurance if the search came back positive so we just went for the cover.

Soo close to exchanging. We have been living with the in-laws for over 2 weeks now....with 2 young kids. Desperate to move.
