Measurements as per Surly's Tire Geometries PDF would be ideal:
for each tire+ rim width (int) combination: overall diameter carcass width and radius at widest point knob width and radius at top of widest knobs.
Bah - mine are 29". Thought this was the AQA thread. As you were.
Sorry. Can get you that for the 29" version. But not sure if the rims are 40mm or not.
