Obviously it comes with the caveat that you park at you own risk but I would suggest that it should be OK. Some street drinkers do cut through the back to make use of the toilets but I've not seen them causing any trouble.
I'd make sure all of the usual electronics and really valuable stuff is taken inside with you. Where do you figure for bivvying?
