I'm pretty sure it's on page 6 of this? http://dedacciai.com/website/download/dedacarbon2014-accessories.pdf and condor can get hold of them i think

Anyone got a crown race that would work with a c-record headset or point me in the direction of one? Managed to misplace mine after removing it from the old forks
-
• #108132
Are those the original fork and headset? I want to replace the fork on mine but I read that Cadex uses JIS standard so I'm wondering if I need to get the head tube reamed.

had this tig welded thron cinelli stratocaster mtb project a while, had seat post collar and paint issues after post checically extracted, project was always meant to be a low budget build for the the woods on the common near my place, got this full factory spec specimen for the price of a respray and decals instead, excellent condition, from 1996, 'lightest in it's class',hardly used
stx 3x7 group, will prob change forks for black rock shok judy's and change grip shift to stx tumbs and add a good as new cinelli mtb saddle -

^^ Looks really nice Saarf! I better get cracking on the Cinelli Argentovivo soon.

Looks great man! :) Nice find.

Original so I haven't had to touch it!
Other Cadex owners I know have all gone threadless but I don't think they got there head tubes reamed. But you could probably force the headset in as the difference is minimal.

Dusted of the Viner Perfecta again that I had hanging on the wall ... considering if I should build it up or sell it :/
Drilled front and rear, so really good for riding around my city ... however it is a bit too small and the expanding seatpost is too short. Can anyone find me a 31,4mm expanding seatpost? :DNot sure if I should just try a 34,9mm seatpost clamp and a normal seatpost.
It has several notches on the top, so the carbon should be fine with a clamp correct? Also dont have any decent parts to build it up with :/

current project: fixing my shoes
the front of the carbon easton last on my pair of giro prolight SLX IIs has some damage. due to unclipping and putting foot down, the raised part at the front has been totally worn away and the front is beginning to fray a touch. it's manageable in the medium/short term, cos I've started unclipping with the other foot
is there a way I could 'seal' the part of the last that's started fraying, either with a glue or a resin? would superglue work? nail polish?

I have exactly the same thing happening with my Mavics. I tried a layer of some Loctite adhesive I use for general sticking and it did bugger all, sadly. They're still fraying away, but I hadn't really worried myself about it. I'd imagine a slightly thicker glue might work, but because it's still being dragged across the ground I can't see it lasting too long. Let me know if you find a solution, though!

My new current project: just received a nice decathlon penta pro frame from AG2R-prévoyance team. It's dedacciai steel (though I have no idea which kind?), and came with a complete record groupset.
I'm just waiting for a cassette to put a nice pair of 2000's black shamal wheels.
red label???

Nice catch! The previous owner is a tdf stage winner :)

• #108146
pretty fuckin rad
-
• #108147
Yes he is :)
AG2R used to sell their bikes at the end of the season, so these kind of penta frames regularly pop up here in france, at pretty attractive price... -

Still fucking fun to ride

Thanks @TomvanHalen - I will pop into Condor to get the right reference.
I thought all teardrop ISP were similar.
