Loads of little places in Kreuzberg as well, worth checking out Happy Cow though as that's always good for recommendations.
There was a great burrito place as well about 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz station, not all vegan, but the two vegan burritos they did were amazing, the vegan lover made me wish I lived round the corner: http://www.dolores-online.de
