ahh, I did something similar on a headset recently, which was kaput.
As I prised the headset bearing out from the cup to check it, the sealed bearing came apart spewing the ball bearings everywhere. I found them, with the help of a magnet, cleaned, repacked and pressed it all together again. It was still sh*t but at least it worked badly.
As a temp bodge you could swap the bearings? the non DS side sees less load.
I'd say that chinhaur are unlikely to have commissioned a new bearing. Have you tried measuring the ID, OD and overall thickness thickness might give you the bearing you're looking for. Have you tried googling 30 45 8 bearing? I wonder if it's 30mm, 45mm and 8mm thick?
