Thinking about getting a fairly substantial L shaped dormer on my Victorian terrace, with a master bedroom and ensuite and a smaller double bedroom over the exisiting back extension.
I know plenty of people who have had the bog standard former done for 30k give or take but don't know anyone who has had an L shaped dormer installed . has anyone here had one done and am I massivly off the mark that I shouldn't need to spend more than about 45k ish for it all in from a reasonable building company circumventing the need for an architect ?
