120mm rear? What price point? I'd suggest novatec hubs from ebay, dt comp + brass nipples from rosebikes.de and choose the rims based on your budget. For low get kinlin adhn from hubjub.com, for more cash get archetypes from the internet, probably goldsprint de.
go for atleast 23mm outer rim width and relatively low rim weight (less than 500 atleast)
getting a wheel building stand from rose will cost ya about the same as a cheap wheelbuild and the bonus is that you'll learn to true wheels.
