  • @Chak They are not tamper proof. If someone wanted your goldtec hubs you'd just buy a torx allen key for under a fivea down market

  • Hollow torx bits are a little bit harder to find. Much quicker to jam a couple of flat-head screwdrivers in and undo them that way :(

  • Not necessarily those ones. You can get different fittings and keys. At the end of the day, It's a deterrent, not the be all end all of security. I doubt the vast majority of thieves will be walking around with hollow torx keys. More than likely a cordless angle grinder. I've managed to undo Pitlock and Atomic at work with a bit of creativity.
    Saying that, Hexlox looks like a great product.
