Looks like dental xrays
What is it?

Nothing exciting. Just black and white paint. I see the teeth thing now. Thought it looked a bit like an aerial shot of a river basin.

It will be hard to beat the snail.

Not sure of the little bit political element with the snail. It's definitely not too obvious or too banal though
