So looking for a frame that fits the above description for a project (changing the head tube and dropouts, probably seat stays as well). Preferably some nice tubing (will consider all but hi-ten steel). I would need postage to Austria, so Europe mainland preferred (due to high postage charges from UK). Send me a PM if you have something sitting in a garage/cellar waiting for the better days to come.
