@PHRESHSLAYTE is right. Don't buy an aerospoke or an aventon.
If you want a frame/frameset under £200 get a dolan pre cursa. Its way stronger, the welds are safe and its not something you need to worry about on a drop.
As for wheels, build something thats strong. The right rim and spoke cound are the most important for this. 32 spokes or more. Most rims these days are pretty strong so whatever takes your fancy.
