I can get over having a shit MPG but it can't be something ridiculous like 20 mpg.

.... that's only going to get around 20mpg if i push it most of the way.

I was talking about the GTR.

The Maserati is a diesel (wonders never cease etc) so should return okay-ish fuel economy but it would suffer horrendous depreciation (even more so than a new BMW) plus astronomical servicing costs. That's even if it doesn't fall apart within three years.
