  • Clubs need to push back, contracts a contract, if players can come in and ask for extra cash when they feel they've out performed their contract, or in an ego move because someone else in the squad is getting more, then clubs have the right and obligation to hold them to the terms of the contract if they want away, and to suspend wages if they don't turn up and do the job they are contracted to do...
    Know it hasn't worked out for West Brom in relation to Berahino, but sometimes these situations don't. Kind of worked out for us with Modric, with the Chelsea bid, but we still sold him in the end.
