how easy to convert these to campag?

All 11 speed cassettes are the same.

I'm running 10 speed campag.

You should look at Fulcrum?

I haven't done it myself, however, from my understanding it's a straight forward job - the Campagnolo freehub costing £30-£40 online.

Or if you're running 11 speed - you can run a Shimano 11 Speed cassette with a Campagnolo 11 Speed drive-train, without issue.
