I love these frames! Bigger fan of the orange though i have to admit. Needs some tan wall tyres!

Yes yes yes. Needs 48mm Compass etc

That is going to be an extremely fit build but... why brown?

This is an ultimate do everything bike! would love one, but the 2g+ price tag for frameset is too high for me!

Yap i swapped to brown last minute- my idea was to have more possibilities to build up. More classic look with all black or going for some flashing details if i like someday. Orange might be nice for one Season but could be dangerous for not liking anymore.
Was thinking about the alge or brown Fairweather for cross tires - but want to give it a first try on 40ies. -

Shitty picture - but it seems normal with WTB Nano. I will to stick some protector on the seattube. I have been really surprised about this. During Summer it might be ok but for x i will swap out for smaller rubbers... Don't know how to feel about it.

Don't know how to feel about it.
Isn't the idea with these frames that you use 650b wheels with wider tyres? So it retains the handling of short chainstays when you're using 700c wheels with narrower tyres.

Some fluo bartape matching the OPEN colors could also work, no?
-
• #17
Pretty much.
Marketing blurb is something along the lines of 650x2.1 for gravel, 700x30ish for zipping along on the road
-
• #18
agree, needs 650bs.

forum fundraiser?

though to be fair they do market and photograph it with the Nano on their website, so you'd of thought it'd be a good idea for it to function using the tyre too.

After 2 weeks not being able to continue did some progress last 2 days. Only brake bleeding and adjustment of the gears/ bartape still not sure about color- the orange is to much 70 ies. And yes will change the saddle. Thats it for today. Got damn slow in building bikes...
