  • So wheels built, tubulars are stretched.. just need to find some time tomorrow/over the weekend to get them glued. 3cross rear and 2cross front. Builder offered to rebuild the front 3cross but I read up that 2cross provides a stronger spoke triangle thing. Oh and also some new pedals which are a bit loud but might contrast well with the frame -

  • The anchor in its current set up. Only temporary as I've only managed to get the tubs glued yesterday, just waiting for them to cure so I can take them for a test spin before the weekend

  • Trying not to come last more like ;-)

  • Thanks guvna ! Heres a quick detail shot for you in todays sun

  • Lovely build mate - looks great! Just wondering how you find the Mash bartape?

  • Thank you! Its got a great feel, very grippy and comfortable. Its slightly squidgy, which is good for dampening vibrations. I mainly ride with gloves on but spent today without and it still feels comfy/good!

  • look's sick man
    needs cages tho

  • Looks sublime Hugo!

  • Nice one - might have to try some out

  • This bike man!

  • Passed stage 2 of the accreditation process today. Felt great riding this on the boards, there was quite a small and confident group of riders which also made for a better experienc. Can't wait to do stage 3. Oh and here's a shit photo of the anchor mid morph -

  • discs and spoks not allowed for accreditation sessions or are you just loving the new wheelset?

  • I love the new wheelset but discs not allowed and even then would be a bit anti to turn up on a stage 2 acred session with one.. no one else had their own bike so imagine. Aerrrospoks however are allowed, my corima will feature soon once I do some research and buy a track/road friendly clincher tyre for it that will clear the fork. 22mm tub clears the fork by about 2mm !!

  • Ah I almost booked into last night's stage 2, think I'm going next week instead.

  • Stage 3 at LVV next week anyone?

  • plz put some risers on this soon.
even if jus for a day
