BLB nylon straps n cages are dirt cheap n do the trick most of the time

@spotter they followed up one bad off road pedal with another one. I'll stick to my square-bar ATACs until someone makes something better :)

I'm running BLB pink leather, they're fucked now though. Their nylon ones rule though.

I almost brought these for the quality Leather Binding Patch but figure some other brand must do them separately? or quite easily made by some one like Mack workshop

I honestly have no idea where to find a small piece of leather thick enough to work, i was thinking more along the lines of some canvas sewn together

I sometimes forget not all towns have a friendly saddlery who will sort you offcuts in exchange for biscuits.

Otherwise, a decent fabric shop will have a couple rolls of leather. £10 got me a about a square meter of 5mm thick leather for something else I was fiddling with.
