Fairly simple really.

You can buy most of the tools you need for about fifteen quid.

Really want to do one with a dial like on this Glashütte

That'd be really good if the builder had taken the time to make sure that the lume on the hands was the same as that of the dial.

Not really into homages and I've never been a massive fan of bubbles on sapphires.

Parts are from either Dagaz or Harry Ng at Yobokies.
