Olympic Park loop road fully open yet?????

Just a quick one really..

Is the Stratford Loop road fully open again yet?. I know it was closed until the end of April but then I take such estimates with a pinch of salt.

I have been doing serious climbing training the last few months and fancy just doing some flat spinning laps for a hour but I do not want a wasted ride down there when I could head somewhere else.
