Would any old Shimano trigger shifter not work?
Don't ride gears so I' not sure if its all compatible.You can get an SLX 10spd shifter on wiggle for £21

Shimano mtb 10 speed is not compatible with road 10 speed.
@swedeee
Easiest is get tiagra, but make sure it's 4600. As the 4700 brifters is not compatible with the old Rd, so the flat bar should be the same.
I myself went 1x10 with zee shifter and Rd for the same price as a tiagra flatbar shifter set.
I need some help - what shifter options do i have with a 105 10sp cassette and derailleur for flat bar shifting? i am looking for cheapest option possible
1) expensive tiagra shifter
2) expensive dt tt shifter
3) friction dt shifter (do any exist that can pull fully pull 10sp?)
4) get rid of the derailleur and get a mtb one (it only cost me £5)
5) sack it all and go to 9sp
