Wanted - beater parts

Hi

Edit - I think I've pretty much sorted everything on the list below now, just after a 700/28c Tyre.

After regretting selling bike and pretty much all my spare parts after a break up last summer I've decided that I need to build a new bike and get cycling again despite being skint. I'm just missing the following bits:

Single chainring bolts
1/8 Chain
Brake lever for risers
Brake cable
Handlebar tape
Pedals/foot retention
130BCM Chainring 46-47t

Just looking for stuff in working order, don't care about aesthetics or condition. I would also need stuff posted within the UK too.

I have a couple of pairs of pedals spare.
one is 105's with plastic clips, which are in nice condition
Can't recall the other ones right now, but they are beater quality for sure

I have silver 46t chainring 3/32- nothing fancy but barely used, also brake cable (Shimano road) and outer I can cut a length off. Yours for price of postage.

Has anyone got a 700 x 28 tyre?

If it's for the Concorde than I don't know if 28 will fit.

It is for the Concorde. On the front or back, or both?

I'm not sure, there's 5 mm clearance (each side) with 23 mm tire mounted.
