Or get someone round from one of the sheds design/quote and then recreate the layout with diy-kitchens.Also that scope of work will most likely involve a variety of trades so estimating a price isn't really doable.

£1000 - £2500 to rip it out and fit new
£1000 - £1500 to move boiler
£500 - bench seating
