First impressions of the new cycle lanes after westminster bridge(coming from south)? Think I'll try and stick to using the road...

I got fucked by it this morning.

I just somehow ended up on it and the further down it I rode the more it dawned on me I was being forced to turn left at the square instead of right as per usual. I had to jump a red and cut up a few cars to get back on track.

You realise Parliament Sq is only a roundabout, not some huge diversion!

You can go onto the pavement by the churchill statue to turn right onto Whitehall. Saw a group of cyclists who had come from Westminster Bridge stopped at a traffic light there this morning.
